Bought a car last week from Howard Wise Cars. Immaculate, such a good price for a low mileage car.  Called Howard, he explained everything about the car. He is a very honest man, don’t meet many people like him.  I went to see the car. Both Howard and Deborah are very pleasant and amazing people, never at anytime had any doubts. Didn’t test drive or do a HPI check, just bought car.  They have the best collection of classic cars in their showroom.  I will definitely go back to buy that classic Ferrari (after I win the lottery 😉 though!).  I am very satisfied with my purchase and 100% recommend Howard Wise Cars. – a genuine motor trader.

I was selling my car and Howard approached me as a potential buyer and was extremely fair in his approach to price and paid deposit immediately. Throughout the process Howard kept me fully informed. A very nice and knowledgeable man absolutely focused on detail and the presentation/condition of the cars he has. Strongly recommended.

Collecting our car from Howard and his team was a pleasure. Not only was he very helpful at the show room, he phoned ahead to our nearby hotel to make sure we had secure parking overnight and he came to see us the next morning for a chat and to suggest local places to see on the way home. I had already committed to buy a car that morning at another garage when  in the early hours I was reviewing cars on the iPad and I noticed one similar on Howard’s website. I rang at 9 o’clock and two minutes later found myself preparing to drive to their Loughton showroom.

I was introduced on arrival to my new car. As I was being shown around Howard opened the trunk, asked me to stick my head inside it, he did the same thing, and I asked what next? Sniff I was told. So we both did as I was told there was no damp in the trunk. It seemed a good enough reason to buy the car.

Within 10 minutes I was putting down a deposit  knowing that Howard gave his personal endorsement and the fact the trunk was damp free.

I have a list longer than my arm of all the things I have to do and don’t do with what is now my car. The whole experience was a complete pleasure and I think what is now our car is in fact far better than he described!
