I would like to say not only how pleased I am with the car I purchased from you, but also how you made the process so simple and enjoyable.
From a transactional perspective it was simple and fair on both sides. We agreed terms in a clear and pragmatic fashion with an open negotiation, where both sides knew what they wanted.
Your team are a real asset, all additional elements were dealt with efficiency and skill.
But the element that will stick in the mind for a very long time is how you all dealt with a very excited young son of mine. He was bouncing around full of joy – and we were welcomed with open arms and warmth.
Zac certainly will never forget picking up the car – and I doubt you all will either! He, and now his brothers, are still in love with the car as much as he was on that day!
