After scouting around for a car in main dealerships for several months I was let down more often than not by hard sales tactics and a thin veneer of service. The fact that Howard is a dealer is where the similarity ends. Howard is a specialist car enthusiast who is keen to share his passion with you as I found when I viewed my car in November. I found him straight forward, kind, conscientious, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure and Howard is generous with his time, patient and fair. The car had a full and comprehensive history and was immaculately presented. Both Howard and Deborah are friendly, down to earth people who made my purchase simple and have remained in touch regularly to make sure everything is ok and have swiftly dealt with any necessary paperwork. I am now the very proud owner of my first (immaculate) Audi TT TFSI Sports Coupe
