Collecting our car from Howard and his team was a pleasure. Not only was he very helpful at the show room, he phoned ahead to our nearby hotel to make sure we had secure parking overnight and he came to see us the next morning for a chat and to suggest local places to see on the way home. He was very attentive and made us feel special, even though I think our car was the least expensive in the showroom.
I couldn’t imagine a friendlier and more enthusiastic gentleman from whom to buy a car; he phoned to make sure we got home safely when we had a minor mishap on our return journey, in fact he was more concerned about this than we were.
Altogether a great experience.
