From start to finish throughout the process, Howard & Deborah were courteous, communicative and accommodating. At no point did I feel pressured into any kind of deal. Howard took the time to understand the particular deal I was after & did his best to make it happen. The vehicle was absolutely as described and Howard made every effort to supply it in its best condition. The price offered for my part-exchange was a fair market rate and in the current economic climate, a fair deal with a trusted luxury vehicle provider is worthy of special note.
